Fun Spot easily wins the Orlando go-kart sweepstakes with its intriguing, twisting, up and down, multilevel tracks. There are four of them here, with the 1,375-foot, three-level QuadHelix the most popular. There are also bumper cars, bumper boats, and a 101-foot high Ferris wheel that offers a panoramic view of the upper end of International Drive and Universal Orlando across the Interstate. A 10,000 square foot video arcade (tokens at 25 cents each or $25 for 120) and a snack bar round out the offerings at this compact amusement park.
Rides cost $3 each and go kart runs are $6, although most people will opt for a package deal. You can buy an armband that gives you unlimited access to all rides and the go kart tracks for $35. For $25 you get access just to the “kiddie” and “family” rides and for $15 your child can get unlimited access to six kiddie rides.
Nearby: Skull Kingdom, Universal Orlando, Vans Skatepark, Wet ’n Wild.
